振動(dòng)元件產(chǎn)生超聲波頻率的振蕩，一般常使用之瓷器燒結體PZT振動(dòng)子。使用時(shí)在其銀電極上，加上高周波電流，此電流的頻率與PZT振動(dòng)子之共振頻率相同，引起振動(dòng)子共振而產(chǎn)生超聲波，并利用空化作用產(chǎn)生氣泡，氣泡清洗過(guò)程分為兩種。一種是產(chǎn)生之氣泡，受到后來(lái)之高壓波段的壓縮而破裂，破裂產(chǎn)生之音壓及噴水柱沖擊物體表面，造成污物脫體而達到洗凈之效果。另一種則是氣泡沖擊污染物與物體表面之空隙，而此區間氣泡受音壓變化的影響，不斷膨脹與收縮，氣泡逐步向前，造成污染物漸漸脫離表面。

超聲波系統：

位置：震子直接粘于槽體底板，底板鍍鉻后用不銹鋼厚板通過(guò)螺釘鎖在槽底，再用0.8厚不銹鋼盒圍好鎖住。

發(fā)生器：
